| In the early summer of 2003, Vanessa
was heavily pregnant with Monty, and we were all eagerly awaiting
his arrival. Raffy was coming along in leaps and bounds, literally
- he runs everywhere at great speed, and seems absolutely fearless.
This can be quite disconcerting at times, and he managed to give us
the slip on a couple of heart-stopping occasions. His speech is starting
to develop, and he knows the words for many animals and other objects,
and has started to put a couple of words together. He remains lively
and cheerful, with a lovely sense of humour - always keen to have
an audience! |

On a visit to see Mat & Ruth in Brighton, we walked along the
seafront, and Raffy had to have a ride on this little roundabout.
