| June brought blazing hot summer days,
and numerous birthday parties; all Raffy's little friends who live
locally were summer babies, so we have a run of about eight birthdays
in June and July! So there were many long, sunny afternoons with cake
and ice-cream, and jumping around in paddling pools. We also had helicopter
rides and a lot of barbeques. Raffy's 2nd birthday party took place
at the end of June, and there is a separate section for pictures of
this. We were also getting very excited about Monty's imminent arrival
(although at the time we didn't know if he would be a Monty or a Montetta
- just kidding!) |

On a summers day out in Warlingham with the Holts, we went to a country
pub for Sunday lunch. Rafferty and the girls enjoyed some ice cream
for dessert before returnin to running around the beer garden like
mad things. |
On Eddie's 61st birthday - we all went to Sutton for a barbeque. Here
are Raffy & Grandad on the swing lounger. |

This picture was taken on the 29th June - the day before Raffy's 2nd
birthday, and only a week before Monty was born. |
An afternoon in late June, we drove to Dover to give Raffy a run on
the beach. |
While getting the garden ready for Raffy's 2nd birthday party, my
dad and Raffy found that playing with the gazebo was much more fun
than actually putting it up.

We took the children to a family 'fun day' at Mel's work - they had
helicopter rides there. Raffy and Emily had great fun crawling around
this one... |
