| Rafferty Oscar Joseph Horton-Szar was born at 02:08 on Saturday 30th June 2001. He weighed
7.98lb and everything was in order! Vanessa had a good labour, which started at 16:30 and lasted about nine hours.
No epidurals were required, and she managed with gas & air and a hefty shot of pethidine when things got a little
tiring later on. |

Eddy - now Grandad Greene - was one of the first of us to hold him after he popped into the world. |
A quick checkup in the resuscitaire for the lad - a whiff of oxygen and a little suction to remove some gunk from his
mouth, and he managed his first proper howl! |
