Rafferty & Annabelle's joint christening...   Download times...
Rafferty was christened at St Thomas' Roman Catholic church in Canterbury at 12:15 on Sunday 6th January. Ruth & Nathan Holt, Jo & James Groombridge, Zanna Clarke and Dave Butler kindly provided godparenting services on the day. We shared the service with Annabelle Groombridge, who became our goddaughter too. After the service, we all drove out to the Red Lion in Stodmarsh for another excellent party to celebrate. Here are a few pictures...   Please note that in order to present large, high-quality pictures, this page may take almost a minute to download completely. The first few pictures will be visible quickly, but please have patience with the rest!

Raffy with his grandparents...
Mum and Dad came up before the christening to see Raffy and to bring his present - a huge bear called Rufus. Dad was back from Ghana for three weeks, so luckily he was able to be there.

Eddie & Raffy
Eddie with the boy again. We have started to see quite a similarity in the smiles - looks like Raffy is a true Greene...
  And again...
I'm not sure who is looking more pie-eyed in this picture, but Raffy certainly has no excuse!
